Home : Parents & Community : ENROLLMENT : Obtaining a Birth Certificate

School districts are required by law to verify birth dates for children entering school.  At the time of registration Center Line Public Schools will request to see a certified copy (with raised seal) of your child's birth certificate.  If you do not have a certified copy of the birth certificate you may contact the county where your child was born to request a copy.  The links provided below can also be of assistance to you. (The Vitalchek link will provide you with an opportunity to request a birth certificate from any state.  Information is also provided for US citizens born abroad.)
