If you would like to speak during the public comment of a virtual meeting, please complete the online registration form at https://forms.gle/8TupooBJu4DmuuED8 prior to the start of the meeting at which you would like to speak.

Visit https://www.clps.org/apps/pages/publicparticipation for CLPS’s policy on public comment at Board meetings. Questions and concerns can be emailed to BoE@clps.org. Please note - if you want your letter read at the Board meeting, you must make that request. Additionally, letters should be able to be read in 3 minutes or less, the same amount of time given to those wishing to address the Board directly.
