The Department of Treasury announced that eligible K-12 staff members will receive Hazard Pay (most likely in February). Please follow these directions:
- Read the qualifying information below.
- If you think you qualify, complete the attached fillable form.
- Send the completed form back to Shannon McBrady in an email by December 2, 2020.
- In the email, please write a sentence or two regarding why you qualify.
- If we need something more from you - we will reach out.
Teacher Grant ($500)
- Anyone who has an assigned DK - 12 classroom.
- Must have been with us PRIOR to June 30th (if you were hired after and came from a different school district, that district is responsible for you).
- Must meet all three of these criteria:

- Prior to 4/2/20 must have been 75% or more in a classroom
- After 4/2/20 must have developed and delivered distance learning - continuity of learning
- Teacher must certify one of these:
- Hazardous Conditions
- Additional Hours
- Incur extra cost
Support Staff ($250)
- Defined as worked regularly and continuously in DK-12.
- Food Service, Custodians, Bus Drivers, Media Techs, Maintenance, Secretaries, Ancillary Staff, Special Ed Teachers who do not have an assigned classroom, Counselors, Social Workers, Speech, School Psychologists, Paras, Literacy Coaches
- Must meet both criteria:

- Support Staff must certify one of these:
- Hazardous Conditions
- Additional Hours
- Incur extra cost
