Obtaining a Birth Certificate

School districts are required by law to verify birth dates for children entering school. At the time of registration Center Line Public Schools will request to see a certified copy (with raised seal) of your child's birth certificate. If you do not have a certified copy of the birth certificate, you may contact the county where your child was born to request a copy. The links provided below can also be of assistance to you.
