Applications can be downloaded and returned to our office with the required documentation before the March 31, 4:00pm deadline by FAX (586-510-2019) or EMAIL ( or SNAIL MAIL (26400 Arsenal, Center Line, MI 48015). Please make sure the application is SIGNED and includes ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION.

Due to the state mandated school closures, all registration appointments from now until April 12th have been cancelled. If you have an appointment scheduled during that period of time, we will be accepting walk-in appointments on Tuesday, April 14th, 2020 from 9am to 7:30pm. If you are unable to make it on April 14, 2020, please log in to your Registration Gateway account, navigate to the appointment schedule screen, and choose a new appointment date and time that works best for you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to seeing you when we return.
