Technology Assistance

Staff Help Desk

Center Line Public Schools currently uses the Facilities Management eXpress (FMX) system for both Maintenance Requests and Technology Incidents.  If you are experiencing technology issues within any of our nine buildings, please submit a Technology Incident through FMX. FMX can also be accessed from the Staff Tools Page available on the main page of all district websites.

Help Desk Notes:
  • Any district employee with an @clps.org email address can submit a Maintenance or Technology ticket via FMX.

Student, Parent, and Community Help

For questions related to technology within your student's school, please reach out to your student's school either directly, by emailing your child's teacher(s), or using your home school's "Contact Us" link to ask questions.  This includes questions related to the Parent Portal, primary contact information for automated systems (school notification, attendance calls, lunch balance calls, etc.), and all individual school website questions.  Links to the individual school websites can be found under the Schools tab at the top of the district site or via the schools page.

Before reaching out, many common technology questions are answered on the Student Web Applications ("Student Hub") or the Technology Assistance for Parents ("Parent Hub") web pages:

A one-stop shop to get you up and running on the various online classroom and software sites, such as Schoology, Google Classroom, GMail, Google Drive, and more!  Links to Student Web Applications can be found on the "Students" tab on all seven of our district school web pages or under resources on the district home page

While the Student hub should be the first stop for students and parents alike, this Parent hub contains information on troubleshooting the most common issues with district web logins and Chromebooks.

Community members without students enrolled within Center Line Public Schools are encouraged to use the District "Contact Us" Form in order for us to best route your question or concern.
